What we collect
When you send our enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you need and your message. We also record the web page the form was sent from, so we know which part of the site you were reading.
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a quote for your project. We do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Our lawful basis
Under UK GDPR we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, such as arranging a visit or preparing a quotation.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is stored in our website database, which is hosted on Lovable Cloud. A copy is sent to our inbox by email using FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email delivery service. We only share your details with these providers so the form can work. We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. Where we have quoted for work, we may keep a record of the enquiry and quotation for up to 2 years.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, and to object to how we use it. To use any of these rights, email or phone us using the details above.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us directly.
